“ I stopped by this location on my way back from work and was in the mood for a Chai tea latte. Thankfully, Tatyanna came to the rescue and whipped me up a large cup of this warm beverage on a rather cold winter day. Its much appreciated! ”
“ 1st time in Panera in a long time and this visit didnt disappoint. I had the Chicken Chipotle flatbread cesar salad and there was nothing left. The Flatbread was perfectly cooked and toppings had some great flavor but not too overdone. The Cesar was prob one of the best Ive had because it was perfectly dressed meaning the salad wasnt drowning in a puddle at the bottom nor was there a piece that was dry. It was still crisp and fresh and completed the meal. Lastly I had a green tea that had passion fruit... yummy! I dont usually like sweetened tea but this wasnt saccharine at all. Picture was taken by my friend. She had the Chicken frontega the Mac which are her favs. ”
“ I placed a rapid order and it was missing some ingredients. I contacted the manager, Amanda, who was wonderfully and refreshingly sweet and apologetic. Not only did she remake me the sandwich but also offered me a drink or something else for the inconvenience. She was super sweet the entire time on the phone and even in person. Well, the remake of the sandwich was also missing an ingredient and she was once again, super sweet with no hint of annoyance in her voice or demeanor. While the sandwiches were just missing items vs having extra random items thrown in I still enjoyed it very much. When I informed her of the missing ingredient for the remade sandwich, and just requested a small side of it so I can add it on, she actually brought it out to me when it was ready. And then proceeded to again offer me something for my double inconvenience. Amanda has a wonderful personality and vibe to her and truly is the perfect example of ensuring the best customer service experience you could want. I genuinely appreciated her professionalism and how she actually seemed to truly care and was ready to remedy it without any hesitation and go above and beyond by offering even more. Sandwich was fire too and my youngest enjoyed the first so it was a win all around despite to initial mishaps. ”
“ I had the opportunity today to be helped by Abby, who was extremely nice and helpful in helping me decide what to order. I went with the Toasted Frontega Chicken and French onion soup with bread. I have to say the chicken is almost as good as the steak and white cheddar. All in all I definitely recommend giving this location a try. ”
